How do we start this with the architect?
Getting started is simple—contact us to schedule an initial complimentary site visit. We value meeting clients in person, and our architect will visit the site to understand your vision, assess the scope of work, and begin shaping the project together.
Is my project possible?
With over 30 years of experience, we are passionate about working closely with our clients to guide the project through the complexities of zoning, code compliance, and site restrictions. In short, YES, working together we can find the solutions.
What is the sequence of service?
Upon being retained, we perform a site/building analysis, take measurements and photographs, followed by a zoning study if applicable. After the initial study, we prepare design drawings that reflect the program set by the client. Work is presented and amended as needed to satisfy client’s requirements. Finally we prepare the construction documents needed for estimates and permit approval. We are pleased to meet in person to review the process.
